Preparation

As the trip is approaching, I have been vigorously preparing for my arrival in China. Besides exchanging currency and purchasing many items (electrical converters, school materials, etc.), I have been familiarizing and acquainting myself with as many characters and phrases as possible. Every day I attempt to absorb these terms so I may apply them to my experience as a springboard when I arrive. I can't wait to dive into the language and talk to as many locals as possible to expand my knowledge of the Chinese language and culture.
